Lion Barry has been in Lions for twenty years and has never forgotten the vision for the future.  He has been President of his club, Santa Rosa Host Lions, three times and each time initiated a new program to help the club and the district.  In 2005 and 06, he helped set up the Vision Center which now serves about 4000 patients a year.  For this, he was named District Lion of the Year.  He also is President of the Redwood Lions Memorial Foundation, which as Lions owns the Earle Baum Center for the Visually Impaired.  As a board member, he can facilitate where the funds from Lions go to help the visually impaired.    Coming from a small community in Eagle River, Ontario, Canada, he lived and observed the hardships that many endured.  Fortunately, he was able to go to San Francisco State University, majoring in Business.  The best part of that, he met his wife, Roxanne, and after nearly fifty years has two great daughters and four grandchildren.     Lion Barry will keep pursuing the Lions Vision for the Future and hope all Lions will explore the opportunities we have ahead of us.  We are now working on a three year program that, when fully implemented, will bring success for our district and with all your help will make life easier for many thousands in our district.

Lion Mike was born in San Francisco and raised in San Rafael where he attended local schools including the San Rafael Military Academy.  Mike graduated from Marin Catholic High School after the Academy was forced to close.  Mike’s loved was always law enforcement. Mike started his career as a Community Service Officer with the San Rafael Police Department. It was here he taught the Community about Crime Prevention. Mike attended and graduated from the police academy in 1972. After working with the Napa Special Narcotics Unit,  He joined and worked as a Deputy Sheriff for the Marin County Sheriff ‘s Office. It was here that Mike did most of his law enforcement career, until his  retirement. In total, Mike carried a badge in the State for 35 yrs.  It was with the Marin County Sheriff’s Office where Mike met his bride of 36 yrs. Lion Marjean. Together they raised three boys, one who is an Eagle Scout.
	Lion Mike is also a Mason. He Joined the La Fy ette Lodge #126  where he became a Master Mason. Lion Mike was honored with Mason of the Year in 2017.  Lion Mike  is involved with the Boy Scouts Program being an Adult Advisor for Many Years. Lion Mike is a Vigil Honor Member of the Orca Lodge, Order of the Arrow, a service organization within the Scouting Program.
	Lion Mike with Lion Marjean joined the Cotati Lions Club about 14 yrs . ago. Lion Mike went on to serve as the Club President twice. Lion Mike has served  as a Zone Chairman for two years. He received the Multiple District  4’s Zone Chairman Excelance award. Mike also served as Region Chair for one year and as  2nd Vice District Governor. Mike is Currently Serving District 4-C2 as the 1st VDG.
1st VDG Mike O’Neill
Lion Jaymie Kilgore was born and raised in Napa, CA.  Her parents, Rich and Laurel Myers, are both Lions with more than 25 years each in service. She met Carl, a police officer/firefighter in 1991, they married in 1993.  Lion Jaymie, Lion Alisha and Carl parent two amazing children, Savanna 9 and David 7, who are the biggest joy of their lives. 

	Lion Jaymie has been working in the legal field for 24 years.  She joined the law corporation of Dickenson, Peatman & Fogarty in 1998 as a legal secretary is currently is working in the Wine Industry and Intellectual Property groups.  Lion Jaymie is a past president Napa County Legal Secretaries Association, is currently the event lead for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life of Napa Valley and is on the Greater Bay Area Relay Regional Leadership Team, is the incoming president for her children’s school family faculty club, and is a board member and manages the website for Napa Little League.  In her free time she is an assistant coach/team mom for Savanna’s Napa Junior Girls’ Softball team.

	Lion Jaymie joined Greater Napa Valley Lions in May 1992.  She held many offices, including 100% president.  She is now a member of Napa Lions, where she has been treasurer and is currently the secretary. She is an award winning scrapbook chair, with 11 scrapbooks going on to Multiple District, one to honorable mention.  

Lion Jaymie was District Lion of the Year for 2007-2008, was awarded an International President’s Appreciation Award in 2003.  She was awarded the District Governor’s Appreciation Award in 2006.  She has held the district position of Zone Chairman 3 times, is a 100% Region Chair, was a Certified Guiding Lion, and is a life member and on the board of Lions In Sight.
